2023-2024 Recap: In-Country Briefs

The goal of the Annual Partners meeting is to bring together FSN-IL consortium partners and collaborators to:

• Share progress and take stock of ongoing activities
• Further our strategic thinking and approaches around scaling solutions around food systems for nutrition
• Highlight and share progress on new activities relating to research for development (R4D), human and institutional capacity development (HICD), and policy/business engagement
• Identify new networks, partners, and potential users of FSN-IL outputs and activities

The meeting will feature an interactive one-day session that centers on global, regional, and country-specific updates and discussions. These discussions will leverage FSN-IL’s three interlinked strategic domains: i) research for development (R4D), ii) human and institutional capacity development (HICD), and iii) stakeholder engagement.

These three interlinked domains work cohesively to effectively reduce food loss and waste, ensure food safety, and increase access to nutrient dense foods. Our discussions will revolve around our focus countries of Bangladesh, Malawi, Mozambique, and Nepal, as well as the impact FSN-IL has made in the past year in leading the global agenda on food systems for nutrition.
